Group Booking Terms and Conditions

Group Booking – means a Booking(s) consisting of 10 spaces (a half charter) or 20 spaces booked (a full charter) or an agreed number of space (a Special Charter) and subject to the Group Booking Terms and Conditions.

4.CANCELLATION POLICY

First Term - If You want to cancel Your Group Booking(s) with Us or any Supplementary Services You must contact Us at the earliest opportunity.

Cancellation Charges - In the event of You cancelling Your Group Booking(s), the following charges will apply:

CANCELLATION PENALTY PAID PER SPACE 5% 20% 40% 100%

CC and/or Bank fees incurred by US are not refundable. We are not responsible for any loss due to currency fluctuations. 

Cancellation penalties are expressed as a percentage of total trip cost per paid space. For cancellations between 3 and 6 months prior to cruise departure the balance of deposit received against canceled spaces can be applied to any remaining spaces on the same trip, or an equivalent credit will be issued against a future booking. If 8 or more paid spaces remain after cancellation then the number of free of charge spaces will be reduced to 1. If less than 8 paid spaces remain after cancellation then the number of free of charge spaces will be reduced to 0.

10.PAYMENT

In order to confirm Your Group Booking You must make a deposit Payment that is no less than 5% of the total value of Your Booking, or as otherwise agreed with Us from time to time.

The following payment schedule will apply for all Group Bookings:

At time of booking 5% Deposit
12 Months prior to departure date Additional 15% Deposit (Total 20%)
6 Months prior to departure date Additional 20% Deposit (Total 40%)
3 Months prior to departure date Remaining balance plus any supplementary fees (pre-paid nitrod, marine Kastom fee)

Group Bookings made within 3 months prior to the Departure Date must be paid in full at the time of Booking.

We reserve the right to cancel Your Group Booking if full Payment is not made in accordance with these Group Booking Terms and Conditions.
